-Ice is quite simply my favourite episode of the show, perhaps because I also rate The Thing From Another World and naturally The Thing. A few people separated from society combating an unknown or unforeseen menace seems to work for me and the episode Darkness Falls has similar themes, perhaps my second favourite episode:)
